Can you do my own design?	Yes,we can make both OEM&ODM designs.Also,the packaging can be customized.
What package options can I choose?	For most items,we do bulk packages,the cheapest way.We can also make color box,gift box,display box or mailbox as your request which can make the items looks more elegant.
What is the MOQ?	For some normal shapes of mugs and plates, if we have blank ware in stock, a small MOQ (300pcs) is accepted. However, for shapes such as tea sets or baking wares,or some special shapes, a higher MOQ (1000pcs) is required. Besides, glazed items must be 2000pcs per color per shape.
Do you have stock?	We have stock of specific dinner sets and tea sets that can be purchased directly. When we are making new orders for our own design products for other customers, we can accept a small number of orders of those currently ongoing designs. If so, you need to be able to confirm your order as soon as possible.
What is the lead time for samples and mass productions?	Sample lead time is 10-15days for items with decals, and 20-30 days for glazed items or new shapes.Production lead time is 60-75days after receiving the deposit and confirming the samples, its subject to order quantity and item quantity.
What kind of materials can you produce?	We mainly make new bone china and porcelain, and we can also make fine bone china and stoneware. Our products range from mugs, dinner sets, tea sets, coffee sets, to other ceramic-related products ( dinnerware, teaware, kitchenware and etc. )
Can you produce new designs for me?	We have an in-house team of designers, some of whom are from Europe. If you have any thoughts or idea on the design, please let us know or send us similar pictures for our easy reference. . Our in-house design team is glad to help you create designs or interpret your ideas. We have completed cooperation with many customers.
How to make custom design and package?	We will provide the template (die line, die-cut) of the product and package for you to create your designs on it. Besides, we need AI or PSD files with at least 300 DPI to make samples. Make sure the artwork is clear enough and with layers. Also, it'd be better to match the colors if you provide artwork color-proof.
How will the samples be sent?	If you have a DHL, FedEx, or TNT account, we will use it to send samples, because the sample fee does not include shipping costs. If you don't have one, we will pay the shipping cost for you first, and then collect the same amount of shipping fee from you. Hope you can understand this.
What is your payment term?	We usually do TT 30% deposit, balance against copy of BL, or LC at sight.
How long will you take to produce the blank wares, decals, and packages?	Once you confirm order, we will arrange to produce plain whiteware which takes about 30-40 days subject to quantity, new shape or older shape. Decal production takes about 15-20 days, the package takes about 15 days. If you confirm all details, we can produce at the same time.
When should we confirm all the details with you before shipment? like package, barcode.	It's better to confirm all order details within 15 days after order confirmation.
Can the item pass the drop test?	If you need to pass the drop test, we can make the packaging accordingly. Please advise the height of the drop test.
Can we ship by LCL way?	Its accept but extra charger is us$400, because Customs warehouse is complex to operate. If cbm of order exceeds 14 CBM, we suggest to ship by full container shipment.
